They are an Estonia based design company HMF (HandMadeFont). It was founded in 2008 by Vladimir Loginov and Maksim Loginov. They specialize in developing unique, untraditional fonts and take inspiration from everything that surrounds them. On the website they offer completed fonts that you can buy and use freely.
